I am unable to redeem my promotional $100 Visa gift card given the instructions provided in the email. The redemption link does not work. How am I supposed to retrieve my card? Seeing as many are having this issue it almost seems intentional. It's both annoying and frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult!
