I can't get to the Upgrade & Renewal Center at Verizon Central. I always get the message:
We're sorry.
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
Please try again later.
Or, if you need immediate assistance, you can call your Verizon local business office.
It's been like this whenever I've checked over the last several months. How do I get this fixed?
I tried calling and I got transferred and then disconnected, it happened twice...

Same here. "Brand Spankin' New" #NOT

I got in easy on my end and actually just upgraded last week.
Only thing I can think of is its a server issue on Verizon's end. I know they have many servers that people are redirected to, but dont know how it all works.
Have you all tried using different broswers and still got the same message? If so its almost guaranteed its on their side.
