Please let me return my router

I tried talking to a Verizon rep, and he told me just to bring it to a ups store. The stores all say I need a return code, which was never given to me. When I try going to the chat to return it now, it gives links to order a return kit and to print a label at home. Both  links are broken. I'm still being charged for the router, and I've sunk hours into this.


What do I have do to stop paying for this thing I don't want?
