I have a complete outage of phone, WiFi, and internet.
I have been on hold for 54 minutes and counting, and .....nothing.
I am in my car in a parking lot since, oh I DONT HAVE CELL SERVICE AT MY HOME, which is why I have A VERIZON land line....
All I want is to be able to contact someone......PLEASE?!??
Confused about title.
Do you have a power otuage at your house?
If so, then TV and Internet are never covered during an outage.
Phone service is but only if you have a bttery backup unit. And battery is functional.
If you have power at your house, go out and check status lights of ONT.
That will help diagnose issue.

Only ways to contact support is via phone or twitter @verizonsupport.
These two options will provide the fastest access.
Ah, hello, I know that I would not have tv and internet if my power is out, and I know that my cordless phone with battery backup will not work in a power outage. My power had been restored, it’s all my Fios services that are not working.
