This Verizon company is a mess. Got new router which I didn't really want, was happy the way it all was , put it in, now printer will not print, have no idea what the technical jibberjabber means and took quite a while to even figure out how/where to post this. Verizon is a mess for customers that do not have a tech degree. I tried calling but was on hold way too long, but they manage to figure out billing pretty quick.
Verizon (like most other cable companies) typically don't give technical support on user products.
Have you tried googling your printer to check for help?
Is it wired or wireless?
If wireless, did your SSID change?
Have you tried reconnecting printer to wifi?
