This site is so ambiguous i wish to seek legal remedy in this matter. Your company should have never retired the Fios app. Ive been trying to pay my fios bill for three days now with No success! It is a nightmare navigating to simply pay my fios bill via my phone which are both Verizon services. There is no user friendly tech navigational layout to accomplish this task. I have been struggling to execute this operation since Verizon retired the fios app and Verizon has been making accrued money in late fees from my account.
