Promotional gift card not received

A salesman came to our house In January 2020 and told us if we don't make any changes to our bill and pay the first bill we would receive two 100$ gift cards for switching internet providers. It's been a month since we paid that bill and have yet to hear anything about it. Anyone know how to redeem these cards?
