I’ve been trying for the past two weeks to get VZ to honor the simplisafe bundle promotion that came with my system. They have a software bug on their end that is preventing the offer from being redeemed. Multiple calls to support have not resolved this problem. I’ve consumed more than $800 in hours trying to get them to honor a promise. Ugh.
