Hello, we moved to a new location in the region about 5 years ago, and had to leave our FIOS, which we had enjoyed for 14 years, behind, as it was not available in the new area. Imagine how happy I was to see FIOS fiber being installed down my road and that I would at last be able to get back on the network. Sadly, it seems that the contractors who installed the fiber through the middle of my front yard, have punched through my sewer line. I get that accidents happen, but instead of doing the right thing, they tried to cover up the damage by opening up my sewer cleanout so that the sewage wouldn't backup into my house, figuring that they'd be long gone before we figured it out. In doing so, they've broken the cleanout pipe and now I've got raw sewage pumping into my front yard. I tracked down the install team and spoke with their team lead on the phone to explain the problem, as no one on the team would admit to speaking English. The team lead has not shown up at my house to investigate as he promised, and the request for assistance I placed at the company's website has been, up to now, completely ignored. I'd really like to get this damage resolved as soon as possible, and at the lowest level possible. I need someone from your contractor, Barker HDD, or from Verizon to acknowledge this damage and contact me about getting it repaired in the next 48 hours. I really would prefer not to have the cost of repairing this damage and abating the sewage in my yard include legal representation fees. Thank you for a quick response and settlement of this matter.
