I contacted Verizon the week of September 11th, 2023 about damage a Verizon truck did to my driveway. This is the claim number I was given ***** and was told someone would come out in 5-6 business days. Well it has gone well past that and still no one has showed up, a Verizon wire is still running across my driveway and the damage is still there. I called again on September 23rd to report a tree had fallen on a Verizon wire that is running over my drive way and still no one has come out to deal with that either! It's very frustrating trying to get someone on the phone and to answer why nothing has been done as of yet. I would like for this to be escalated and I would like for all these issues to be resolved. I am not a Verizon customer nor would I elect to be if this is how situations are handled.
