Had a sewage backup, plumber came out and ran camera down the sewer line. Indicated broken pipe and it needed to be replaced.
Plumbing crew came out to perform repair. Once they uncovered the pipe (directly below a Fios in-ground utility box) they found the sewer line broken with an orange fiber bundle running through the sewer line. How do I get reimbursed for the damage caused by Verizon?
