Crews doing the pole maintenance applying Osmose dug up my well maintained and professionally landscaped lawn and left a mess. Don't believe had any warning work was going to be done, what exactly was going to be done and when, and no communication on if crew is coming back to do more. Not happy.....lawn is a mess. Who at Verizon is responsible for following up on resolving these issues? Thanks.
