Property Damage during Fios installation by contractor

[Gotproblem]

Verizon has updated wiring for fios and after installing cable . Creating a sink hole where they use maching to push cable under my front yard. I ahve have maker flag identified as Verizo in attached picture. Please let me know how i can get this fixed by Verizon.
