Property Damage- sprinkler system

on June 5th, I got my internet service installed and in the process of the installation they damage my sprinkler system.  I contacted customer service, they always said someone will come fix the problem and that they will contact me in 24 to 48 hrs and they just never call back. Every time I call they give me different tickets numbers.
