I need help filing a claim for property damage by Verizon contractor while burying FiOS fiber.
Without any prior notification and coordination with me and without any Ms. Utility markings, a Verizon contractor cut my invisible fence in several locations although it was clearly marked with white marking paint and flags. The cost to repair is $250.
The contractor also crossed buried electrical power lines from my house to barn - no Ms. Utility markings at all in the property. They left the temporary fiber and tube on the ground. They left empty water bottles and trash. This is the WORST quality of service I have ever experienced and it has already cost me more than three hours of my time.
I spoke with two different agents last night and a manager was scheduled to call me at 10:00. I have yet to receive the call. How do I get response support to file a claim for the invisible fence and receive credit for my time addressing this issue?
