A Verizon crew was sent to remove an old pole in my backyard. In the process of cutting it down- it snapped and fell onto my chain link fence. Thankfully nobody was hurt but the top rail on the fence was severely bent. Neither the crew or their boss was from the area and I was told I needed to get an estimate to repair the damage and given a name and number on whom to contact. I'm not sure why it falls on me to get an estimate for damage Verizon caused, but I did.
I have now sent 3 emails to this individual, the "Local Manager Network Operations" and haven't even received an acknowledgement that he is aware of the damage. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
