FiOS cable lines being installed in our neighborhood. Yesterday was our turn and that is all fine. However, they removed our mailbox and then upon placing it back it was dented and completely off of the Post. It is now leaning forward which is completely not how it had been prior to their install. I am trying to reach a Verizon agent, but to no avail. Would appreciate this matter being addressed immediately and professionally.
