How to file and esclate claim for property damage. Verizon FIOS cable installed under sewer line under driveway which cracked the sewer line. Called Support and Customer Service yesterday and they scheduled a technician to come out tomorrow, 2/7. Meanwhile, my house does not sewer facilities and need to make sure this will be fixed ASAP and expenses occurred will be reimbursed.
