A Verizon crew was on my street install8ng fiber optic cable. In the process they left concrete and gravel on my lawn. I have made several attempts to contact Verizon through thier Chat window with numerous agents for over 3 hours to get it resolved. Those agents all work from home someplace in the world and they are unable connect you with the person or department to handle this. Verizon should have a record of the crew and area they were installing cable and have them come out to take care of the problem. As of now the problem has still not been resolved. By there has to be a department that handles this.
