2 months ago Verizon installed Fios in our neighborhood. They drilled under the driveway and now my drive way is sinking. I contacted Verizon and submitted a claim and someone came out to examine the driveway. They then contacted a concrete company to repair but I can not get them to call me back. I even called Verizon back and I am getting no where. Is there a way to escalate this any other way?
