Property damaged by downed Fios cable. I want to file a damage claim

A truck ripped a low hanging Fios cable from my home. It ripped off some of the siding from my home and broke the wood backing. I was told that I would be contacted by the Verizon Claims Company, Sedgwick. I never heard from them and I have spent 2 months trying to get this problem resolved only to be stonewalled everywhere. I am a wireless and Fios customer. I am totally disappointed in the quality of the customer service I have received.
