Quantum TV - How Long For Your Equipment to Arrive???

Haven't seen a thread like this yet... I was curious how long it took others to receive their Quantum TV equipment. I ordered on the 10th, via the internet. Got an email from verizon on the 11th saying that it had shipped that same day... but when I check tracking... UPS only says that a label has been printed out and has no delivery date. Anyone else have a similar experience? I called Verizon today and they couldn't really tell me anything, other than it takes 7 to 12 days to ship... which I never saw any mention of this during the upgrade process. So basically now I have to play the waiting game until the 12 days expire.

I cant speak for myself since I had mine installed when I had service re-connected, but its possible its taking some time because of the demand for them. Its very possible the label was printed but they are waiting to receive a new box order or they are just behind with orders. The tech who installed mine said (at least in my area) they havent been this busy in years with installs because everyone is upgrading to the media servers and switching from other cable providers.

Ordered on My Verizon on 4/2 and delivered on 4/4. Couldn't ask for much better service than that.

I received a UPS notification yesterday that they received the package from Verizon and another today indicating that it was shipped to my residence. So overall, it took about a week to receive. Probably due to high demand.
