I received a bill from CMR claims department with your logo on it. My son crashed into a telephone pole to swerve out of the way from an oncoming car. The pole split and he knew there was going to be a bill sent from you. The pole was replaced, but nothing was done since then. I need to talk to someone about it. This is a time sensitive matter, since they say he's to pay by March 15. Please reply.
