Ever since I selected Fios service, I am getting more headaches than service. I was promised a rate guaranteed for 2 years but every month, I am getting inflated bills and tired of calling the HELPLESS customer service who keep on assurig the corrective actios.

I am at a point when I disconnect Fios. They promised a faster connection but on testing it comes less that 60MBPS. I was promised in writing at the time of service a bill of $ 128.00

My first bill was 133.00. second was 177. Third was 149 and I just receive the next bill for 137.00

The service is useless and ridiculous.
