I received an email December 2021 reminding me that my $200 gift card will be ready to redeem January 14 2022, I followed every instruction to redeem the reward, it's now February 14 2022 and I have yet to receive my reward, talked too customer service just to be told Verizon has No record of this reward.....this is really unacceptable
