My Verizon fios cable, internet and phone have been out for 4 straight days and each day a tech has been here but can’t resolve the problem. I called customer service and spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them and got no where! Of that time I was on hold for the last hour before I couldn’t take it anymore. See the photo attached, I couldn’t believe it myself. Still have no service in the mean time.
How can verizon think this is acceptable custom ore service?
