Redeem Amazon Offer link missing

I received the email to claim the Amazon Prime & Echo speaker. I followed the instruction to the MyFios app but could not see any link for the redemption. I tried to call the customer service and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes listening to the music . Can anybody provide me some help?
