I ordered home internet back in late July with a promotional offer for a free soundbar. I was under the impression that I would receive something to redeem the offer after having the service for 65 days. It has been over 75 days now and I haven't received anything, and I can't find anything about it on my account page.
Can anyone provide assistance with this?
