I have been told that after being a customer for 6 months I would be eligible for two gift cards. On the Fios App there is a link to redeem the cards but after clicking the link, the site is down. I have tried to contact somebody through the virtual chat and get redirected to forums telling me to click the link and then redeem the card. The Verizon rewards website has been down when I try to access it through the Fios App, through the link emailed to me, and even through multiple browsers on both my phone and computer. I have also tried to contact somebody over the phone and have been put on hold for an extended period of time with no solution to this problem being provided. How do I redeem these gift cards?
