Refer a friend gift card

I received an email that said:

Thanks for using Refer a Friend. 

Your Prepaid Mastercard® is waiting for you.
Click the button below to register for your card.

However when I click on the link it says the page isn't working and forwards me to:

https://mstg.verizon.com/myverizonmobile/signin.aspx

This is for the Fios referral. Can someone please help?
