My situation is same as described here and I have no idea how to resolve it. Still no points on my account or my referal friend Any help?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.Private Support Case

I was sighned to FIOS up by sales person (going door to door) and she missled me that if I sign up with her she will enter referal code and me and my friend will get points. 90 days later nothnig we did get and no way to complain about it. Who know what to do.

P.S. What I see about this Forum(s) that next moderator will move it to PRIVATE mode and you end up no help.
1-800-VERIZON just Dial it as I wrote it. Via the letters from your phone.

I did talk to them several times. As soon as they hear REWARDS POINT they sending me to them so basicaly circle. Before I had cable and CS was much better than Verizon

If calling is not working for you or you are getting the run around you then have choices.
you can cancel Fios via calling that same number. When you say cancel service your call is sent to retention’s department at this juncture tell them why you want to cancel.
verizon will or may give you what you claim you were promised.
if they don’t then go to a service that will be better for you.

Like I said it “may” facilitate your getting what you want or claim you were promised.
verizon may just agree to cancel the service. In which case you should have an alternate provider. It should never come to this, but if you were promised something it normally gets sent in the confirmation emails from Verizon.
Hopefully it all gets straightened out.
Note that if you were in a contract the company may hit you with an early termination fee. But if you cancel within the first 30 days there are no early termination fees.
