I bought 50 prepaid phone lines and I was charged for those lines. After checking my credit card statement, I found two additional charges that I need credited back to my company purchasing credit card. I have receipts for all of the lines but the two additional charges.
I have went to the store, and they said they couldn't help and was going to have the operations manager Terri call me and after 2 weeks, I haven't received a call. It isn't my account it is a company credit card and I need to have these charges removed.
I am not sure who to contact now. I have contacted the prepaid phone number customer service and they said I had to go to the store.
Any help would be appreciated.
