We're trying to remove old Verizon phone cables and utility boxes that are attached to the side of our house before we do some siding repair. I'm not a Verizon customer and I've been getting the run around and sitting on hold for hours when trying to call 1-800-VERIZON. Can somebody please suggest some resolution for this before we just start cutting cables?
