Renewal Gift Card

On March 3, 2018, I renewed for another two years and was promised a Verizon gift card. After two phone calls and "talking" with an online person, this is still not resolved. I was told to call some company called Black Hawk to find out where my card is.

My account is with Verizon and the gift card is from Verizon. I'm not calling another company to resolve this, Verizon should figure this out and make it right.
