After FIVE chat sessions and three telephone calls, I still have no replacement digital adapter and i'm being charged $10 a month for it. I even have the "Order Number" within the confirmation e-mail but I get responses ranging from "It was delivered by FedEx" to handups. On the date the Chat person said it was delivered, I checked my surveillance system and there was no delivery that day (FedEX). We also never received a confirmation e-mial from FedEX saying the adapter was delivered. It's been 17 days now so I'm l'm seeking advice as to how to handle it. I did call the customer service number (1-800-837-4966) three times. Two in queue for over an hour and the one time someone answered, she said there was no order under my account. Any ideas?
