Under "Requested Change in Service" on our Feb 2018 bill it listed "Cancelled Service" Fios TV Extreme HD removed 12/25 and "Added Service" Extreme HD TV added 12/25. We cannot find what is the difference is between these two services. Also we did not request a change in serivce; was this system wide? We have notice some channels watched are now not available for viewing. Thanks.

Depending on the channels in question, there has been some recent changes to packages where channels were removed from some lower packages.
