I'm new Fios customer and not happy. I have Verizon Wireless also and receive a discount as a state employee. Also am planning on retiring soon. Which is greater retiree discount or empolyee discount. Also can't figure out to apply on-line for either through FIOS and can't understand why FIOs can't look at the Verizon files and apply the discount. Anyway i spent 35 minutes on hold after the initial message said wait time 4 minutes. Have receivd 3 invoice and each is different amount. Not happy that I changed.
