It seems like few others have the same issue, but I am also trying to return equipment and trying to print a label through link provided in email, but it keeps giving this error message "We are unable to locate your order details. Please check if information was entered correctly. If you need additional help, contact us at 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966)."
How can I access and print the label for returning the Fios equipment? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks for your help!
