I recently moved to a place that doesn't have Verizon available. My return kit was sent last week, but UPS is showing that it can't be delievered and to contact the sender. Any assistance would be appreciated! 🙂

While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.

Have you tried contacting support?
BTW, do they show your correct address as the delivery address?
