I recently moved to a new state and cancelled my fios subscription. I have attempted to return my equipment, but the only recommendation I have received is to physically return my equipment to a store. I do not live in an area that uses fios products, therefore this is not an option. I have seen that I can print a label which will be shipped by UPS, but when I attempt to follow ilnks to print this form, I receive the same error message which says to return equipment to a local verizon store. Please help
