I moved last week & Verizon installed new equipment for TV, Wi-Fi, etc. also installed a landline. I want to return old tv boxes & router. When I check on line, it says there is no notice about me returning equipment. I did the “chat” thing & was told that I would be connected to a next available representative . I eventually got “timed out “ & disconnected. I then tried the return my phone call. It’s been 10 hours and no one has called back. How do I get the okay or paperwork to return the equipment. I’m desperate.
