I have received the email to redeem my reward which is part of the promotion of signing up for the giganet internet service, the instructions say I should click on the redeem now button and go to the reward tile but there is no reward tile for me to register my reward. After getting no where with the chat assistant and the customer service phone line I need help. I am very frustrated by the lack of customer service.
