Rewards Card

I ordered FIOS and was eligible for a 50 dollar and a 100 dollar rewards card. I redeemed both when it was time. My 50 dollar one arrived. My 100 dollar one didn’t. It shipped the same day and I’m concerned that I won’t be receiving it.
