Rewards Tile Issue

Hi there!

I am writing because I received two electronic gift cards that I never redeemed once I reached 65 days of active service. I received an email but missed it. I am trying to redeem them using the email link now. It prompts me to select a rewards tile once the app opens up, but I'm not seeing any rewards tiles. Can you please assist? I was supposed to receive two $100 rewards.
