Router performance and call back feature on app

Every time i call in i have to go through the robot tests that basically never find anything.

I need some help here with this new router.  My download speeds on wifi top off at 78 and i pay for 300 download speed. i know that is not guaranteed with wifi but this is not good and netflix has buffering on my tv.  So i am told that it costs $99 for a tech if the problem isnt their equip or even if they find no way to fix this issue.  So i will have to work with someone over the phone but it takes 45 min to an hour... so i want to do a callback. the guy couldnt set that up so i tried to do it on the app and is not possible. It didnt work.  Then i tried chat and they sent me  a link but then that tells me to log in again and i was already logged in.   The app needs to make scheduling a call much easier.  Never works.

The call me feature doesnt work right.

Says...

"We're sorry   Please sign-in to schedule a call or call 1800VERIZON  for assistance.

 

 

It hasnt worked in a long time.  Why have it there. I told verizon about this before. It doesnt work.  Tells u to sign in and i am already signed in. This didnt work before and doesnt work now.  And my new router is only giving me 78 download speeds lately.  old one was better. Netflix buffers all the time on my tv.  Need help. why doesnt that call back feature work?????

so i signed out and in and then i was eventually able to get the prompts.. but i went through the selections and submitted and got that same "We're sorry "message and then telling me to sign in and call, but then the third time i was able to submit it but it was just for a call right now. This doesnt allow me to schedule a time!  that was the whole purpose. What a waste of time.
