I just wanted to post somewhere that there is a severe safety issue with a line down over my driveway and that of my neighbor. We have both called verizon with no success at getting any action or even a response. Just a lot of waiting on the phone and being transfered until the line gooes dead. After looking at other forum posts it seems that verizon has not implemented a processd to deal with issues like this and is fine with the severe accidents/injuries that may result.
If there is anybody from verizon monitoring this please advise how to prevent serious injury to myslf and others on the busy road out front.
