Sagging Verizon Cable

I have a large Verizon cable running through my property that has been damaged by a flood. The undamaged sections are sagging badly to the point that I can actually touch them from the ground. How do I contact a Verizon rep to have this cable addressed before I catch it on my backhoe and tear down the power line on the same poles?
