As if the service wasn't bad enough with FiOS TV (not so much with internet), we now get the additional insult of becoming part of the Frontier regime. Frontier, which has no clue on managing a large service area with sophisticated infrastructure, will now get to degrade service and response time even more than we experienced with Verizon. Verizon is famous for automated answering systems that lead to black holes in the universe, fabulous waiting times on hold and multiple transfers to the next person who can not answer your question beyond requesting that we wait for the next billing cycle when our problem will magically disappear. Just wait until the change to Frontier! I'm actively searching for a viable alternative to Verizon/Frontier FiOS. I'll be pleased to take any suggestion as to alternate service providers from others who share my frustration.
