I had problems with a Verizon representative at my local store upselling me a couple months back. He lied to us about the price and what the total would be, had us sign for the price, and told us we were all good. When the price was higher than planed he told me repeatedly he would look at it and kept putting it off, and eventually even changed my plan price without my authorization. He mislead me to believe he was making right on the price he told me, or else returning the phones we purchased. We have paid the extra amount for 3 months now and he has not stayed in contact with me. The store manager only will tell me to work with the person who helped me get the phones. I have all the text messages from the representative. He was very unprofessional and promised to make things right no matter what but now he has told me he does not have time to deal with my problem and is very busy. I cannot keep paying the amount we are paying and have called 611 multiple times to try to have some type of resolve with no luck. I have all the messages he sent me as well. I am wanting to report him as well as he has caused us a lot of headache and had empty promises and has not been helpful in the least.
He also contacted my outside of the phone activation and pricing problems we had at midnight one night to tell me he hoped I had a good night and was enjoying a beer. Although this was not per se inappropriate past a certain point I felt uncomfortable with messaging personal things on a work line such as it was. I responded nicely but have felt uncomfortable about it.
