I have spent nearly 3 hours across 2 calls on separate days on the phone with customer service with no success. I call, and the call center in the Philippines picks up and tries to help me but ends up transferring me to somebody in the US...which transfers me back to the Philippines. Each person that I talk to tells me that I did not sign up for the promotion, and then transfers me to somebody else that tells me the same thing. I must say that this is very frustrating, is there anything that I can do to get what Verizon has offered me? ...at this point, i feel like Verizion has scammed me.
